Are you facing challenges with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by relationships or the effects of trauma? Or are you worried about your child or young person?

We provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy in Belfast, online and across Northern Ireland for children, young people and adults. A safe, inclusive and neuro-affirming space to understand what you're experiencing and find the right support for you or a loved one.

We help you to navigate a wide range of life challenges and specialise in Trauma Recovery, Anxiety & Overwhelm, Relationships, as well as Parent/Carer stress. We work with your unique needs and at your pace, building on a foundation of safety and trust.

Therapy that goes beyond talking

We recognise that healing isn't a one size fits all approach and we understand that talking isn't for everyone, nor does it suit all ages. That's why we offer a range of different types of specialised therapies, including creative therapy to suit all ages and abilities.

We appreciate that reaching out for help can be daunting and even putting words to how you feel can be difficult. Our  consultation call is a gentle conversation that helps us understand what's going on and explore what type of support might be the best fit for you.

You don't need to know what type of therapy or therapist you need

We support you to decide which therapy and therapist will suit your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that you receive the most effective care possible.

We are a dedicated team of highly skilled and experienced psychotherapists, regulated by the HCPC and/or accredited by BACP, PTUK & EASE. Our expertise lies in trauma-focused and creative approaches to enhancing mental health, emotional, and psychological well-being. We offer in-person sessions in North and South Belfast, Banbridge, Cookstown, Derry/Londonderry and Glengormley.
