What happens after I complete the contact form?

  1. The Clinical Lead will respond to you via your preferred contact method within 48 hrs.
  2. You will have the opportunity to explore your current circumstances, reasons that have brought you to seek support and any questions you may have. 
  3. The Clinical Lead will take some further details including age, location and availability to attend an initial assessment appointment.
  4. Options of suitable therapists will be explored with you, taking account of your specific needs and their areas of expertise, experience and availability.
  5. Once you are agreeable to attend an initial assessment appointment, a booking email will be sent with relevant details and method of payment.
  6. The allocated therapist will be given your client contact form, which is shared in a confidential way that protects your information. 
  7. Your allocated therapist will make contact with you before the initial assessment appointment.
