We offer a free, no obligation consultation call. This is a gentle conversation with our Clinical Lead to  explore whether our services are the right fit for you or your child and what support might be the most appropriate.

Therapy Fees

Therapy session fees range between £50-£75 per 50-minute session. 

Our therapists have different areas of expertise, levels of experience, qualifications and clinical responsibility. For this reason, session fees vary between therapists. The therapy fee for each therapist can be found on their individual professional profiles. 

Initial Assessment Appointment

The initial assessment is your first appointment with your therapist.  During the assessment you will get to know each other, discuss what has brought you or your child to therapy and what you would like to achieve from the sessions. The assessment fee is the same rate as your therapist's standard session fee.

The assessment fee is paid via bank transfer, with details provided in your booking email. Payment for the assessment is required within 48 hours to secure your appointment. 

We will make every effort to reschedule your assessment appointment if circumstances require it. However, for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, the assessment fee will be non-refundable.

Session Payment

Details for future therapy payments will be confirmed by your therapist during the initial assessment appointment. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge.  This is because your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and may not be filled at short notice. Your therapist will discuss their cancellation policy with you during your initial assessment and it will be included in your therapy agreement.
