My name is Brónagh and I have been working as an Art Psychotherapist since 2012, with 14 years experience across a range of settings, including schools, social care, education, community, and voluntary sector, private practice and suicide prevention. I am also a clinical supervisor. I have been passionate about art and creativity since I was a child. I was inspired by the numerous ways society could express themselves through images, play, drama, and dance growing up in Belfast. I offer a creative, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to find a better understanding of yourself, your relationships, what might be causing you distress or holding you back. I offer an evidence based approach to support you in your goals and to promote physical and emotional well-being. My goal is to meet each client and build a therapeutic relationship.  I currently work with children, young people and adults. My approach is trauma informed, person-centred and collaborative, working with you or your child to set goals, empower strength, choice and work towards the best possible outcomes.

I help people communicate, express themselves and find healing when words are not enough
