I am Emma and I qualified from counselling in 2012, with 14 years post qualifying counselling experience. I have worked with children and young people, and children with special needs in various roles since graduating from psychology in 2005. I work with all ages throughout the life span and believe that my work is informed by an in depth understanding of human development throughout the life course, as well as an understanding of relational and systemic approaches. I believe whole heartedly in the ability of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing. My intention is to get to know you, build a connection and create a bespoke experience centred around your needs, hopes and goals. We will work together to explore presenting and underlying issues and support you in creating a path to healing and crafting a life that you find genuinely joyful and rewarding.
“I am passionate about counselling and believe whole heartedly in the human capacity to heal“
