My name is Frank and I am a registered Art Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have worked for twenty years in private practice. I have extensive experience working in community arts in health, adults with mental health issues, learning difficulties, acquired brain injury, dementia and adults in training. I offer Art Therapy which is a form of psychotherapy which uses art media as its primary mode for expression and communication. My aim is to provide a confidential space where clients can engage with the art process, access inner strengths, and increase self-worth and confidence.  I currently work with adults face to face and online working through issues relating to Mental Health, Trauma and Personal Growth & Development. I work from an Integrative framework which uses a number of different approaches to meet every client's needs and goals for therapy.

In my Art Psychotherapy practice I offer a trauma-informed and safe space where you can express both verbal and non-verbal communication using art media

Person-Centred Therapy

In person-centred therapy, the therapist holds authenticity, transparency, acceptance and empathetic listening for their client.
