What is single-session therapy and who is it for?

Our single-session therapy sessions are designed for adults who have navigated therapy before and are looking for results-oriented support without a long-term commitment. 

Instead of a multi-week model, these two-three hour single therapy sessions provide a dedicated space to 'deep dive' and process a specific challenge or current concern.  The single-sessions can be facilitated in person or online.

To ensure  this type of session is the right fit for your needs, a free 15-minute consultation is advised for all new single-session clients.
