What is intensive therapy and who is it for?
Our intensive therapy sessions are designed for adults who have navigated therapy before and are looking for results-oriented support without a long-term commitment.
Instead of a multi-week model, these two or three hour sessions provide a dedicated space to process a specific challenge, such as a sudden life event or a current concern. The intensive sessions can be facilitated in person or online.
To ensure an intensive session is the right fit for your needs, a free 15-minute consultation is required for all new intensive clients.
