Who benefits from Art Therapy?

Art Therapy is designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of age or ability.  By using art as a powerful form of communication, it can help you to express your inner world in a meaningful way, work through difficult emotions and navigate challenging life experiences like trauma, grief and relationship issues.

During a session, you will have the option to work with materials like paint, clay, oil and conté pastels, charcoal and coloured pencils. No artistic skill or art experience is needed. Your Art Therapist will guide and support, allowing you to explore and create at your own pace.

The many benefits of Art Therapy include an increase in self-esteem, improved mood, clarity of thinking and better regulation with reduced feelings of anxiety and stress.
